WebHere's my experience so far. 3/2 - signed up for the recall. 3/5 - Received the return kit. 3/11 - I shipped my ionic out. 3/14 - Delivered. The instruction sheet said expect the refund within 3-6 weeks after we receive your device and process the return. I haven't placed my replacement order yet.
