WebMar 9, 2012 · The seat-belt was capable of being undone like a normal seat belt at the top. so i had to do that and clasp the bottom lap belt by hand for the lifetime of that car. i could have made it operational so it can jam up again but just kept it sationary to prevent that. At least i wouldn't get a ticket for no seatbelt. hope this helps. WebMay 11, 2005 · just got my paper work after having my car in the shop to fix a few issues. One was the twisted seat belts. On the form it says. Twisted Belt W Removed Pass Side Rear Trim Pannel, to access twist.. adjusted belt and reinstalled pamnel. Note... When removing belt, the belt must be gently fed back into positon or this will keep reoccuring.
