WebJun 23, 2012 · Changed my mind on my CAP, and now instead of 2-row and flaked corn, I'm going all out with 6-row and a cereal mash with grits (not quick grits) (8 lbs 6 row and 2 lbs grits, which should get me to 1.055 with my standard efficiency, assuming a 1.040 ppg for the grits when properly prepared). WebJun 29, 2024 · The recipe just shows it as part of the grist. About 500 g in with 4 kg of MO and 200 g wheat malt so I presume it would just get milled and mashed along with all the other grains. No mention of a cereal mash so just presuming. Thanks. Good luck with the lock down too bloke, hope it gets under control up your way.
